Quick sneaky exit there, Techno, and don't I know why, you are going to play with your new friend, aren't you?
Night night!

::Looks back at you::

Never mind. I liked your Elvis (although my favourite Elvis is Costello). Have you opened your gift?

Theresaholeinyourmind · 15/01/2011 00:49

I thank you for my gift, Techno. I did peek at MrsLN's too. Bottoms up, as you might say.

Mr T looks like Guy again there, a very naughty smoulder on him... Tut!

MrsLucasNorth · 15/01/2011 00:50

Grin thank you techno!

Sweet dreams.

LaVieEnTechnicolor · 15/01/2011 00:56

::Looks back one last time::

The word for which you are searching Theresa, is callipygous.

MrsLucasNorth · 15/01/2011 01:06

Yes indeedy Techno!

Theresaholeinyourmind · 15/01/2011 01:10

Wasn't that the word in Mary Poppins, Techno?
Grin

Night all.

Blimey! The actress who plays Sarah Caulfield is English Shock.

TheSmallPrint · 15/01/2011 11:14

Did you not know that Mrs LN? Lots of people complaining about her american accent I believe.

LaVieEnTechnicolor · 15/01/2011 11:37

I didn't know it either, but then, I just thought she was a bit rubbish as an actor. No wonder her accent sounded so false.

Theresaholeinyourmind · 15/01/2011 12:15

Hi, all,
I don't know how it happened but I did know about the actress who played Sarah Caulfield. Has anyone read the comments American fans make about the accent?

Has anyone seen her in anything else? I am wondering whether it was the script or her acting that made her so repellant. Lucas did seem very upset to find out she was a snake in the grass. Odd. But I refuse to believe we could all be so shallow as to condemn her out of sheer jealousy.

Comment ca va avec M.Monet?

OP posts:
LaVieEnTechnicolor · 15/01/2011 14:13

Je n'ai pas encore fait la connaissance de Monsieur Monet, mais j'attends avec impatience ce plaisir. Ooh la la.

Theresaholeinyourmind · 15/01/2011 14:49

Ah, Techno, the lovely Lucas... Having a smile here at MrsLN's enthusiastic Spooks viewing last night, with wet jeans and without. Mamma mia!

I myself have yet to unwrap Guy from RH1. I fear he is very bad, in this season, but the photos lead me to believe he is more than a little easy on the eye.

Such naughty ladies we are. Or rather I am. I know you are of a more delicate and lace-trimmed, lavender-scented hankied disposition

OP posts:
LaVieEnTechnicolor · 15/01/2011 15:02

I am indeed of a delicate, lavender-scented, lace-trimmed hankied disposition, but I am ::cough:: not unaware of how the other half live. Of course, this is not my academic specialism but, as a neophyte in this field of research, I would say that, in whatever series, aesthetically at least .

Right, off to negotiate with Mammon and Melpomene (ie shopping and then a family trip to the thee-ay-ter).

MrsLucasNorth · 15/01/2011 17:25

hello ladies. Have had a nice snooze on the sofa thus afternoon after my enthusiastic studying into the early hours!

I thought I'd seen 'Sarah' in something else as an American, hence me being so gobsmacked that she wasn't. Now I think of it though, I realise I had her confused with someone else.

MrsLucasNorth · 15/01/2011 17:35

Have fun techno! What are you seeing?

Theresaholeinyourmind · 15/01/2011 17:56

Article about the Sarah actress.Genevieve O'Reilly. Apparently she is on stage in London at the moment in a play that closes today.

I don't expect it's this that Techno is going to see!

I wish I'd known that was on sooner - am halfway through the book at the moment.

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 15/01/2011 20:53

Helloooo!!!

I am rather busy this weekend, but thought I would drop in!!!

MrsLucasNorth · 15/01/2011 20:55

Hello! You up to anything exciting Phoenix?

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 15/01/2011 21:02

Absolutely nothing exciting - all paperwork, and hating it, but it has to be done...

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 15/01/2011 21:04

But I am sitting here, with Strike Back playing on the DVD and hubby has made himself scarce...I don't think he appreciates the finer points of Strike Back...!

Theresaholeinyourmind · 15/01/2011 21:05

Hello,Phoenix, I wish we could find you something more exciting than paperwork.

OP posts:
Theresaholeinyourmind · 15/01/2011 21:07

Well, we could never compete with SB, Phoenix. Have you got to the ripping off of the shirt bit yet?

OP posts:
MrsLucasNorth · 15/01/2011 21:09

Oooh! John Porter....
