I've been doing the same now that I am back out and about. Big boobs are terribly ageing too I've concluded.

Fabulous and oh so glamorous! Your reduction appears to have been a radical one as you are clearly teeny tiny now.

At 4wpo I am wondering how swollen I am still and if they will reduce marginally from what they are now.

I apologise if this has been discussed before, but this is an almighty 98 page thread (including the first two threads).

I am a 34H and I have been considering a reduction for years. However, a friend had it done in 1999 and she lost sensation in one of her nipples. I do not want to lose that sensation in either nipple.

For those who have had a reduction, did you lose sensation? I understand if you did and you're not bothered, but it's a serious issue for me.

Nipples, yes I’ve lost a lot of sensation. It was hugely important to me too and it’s just one more thing along with menopause that is trying to ruin my sex life 😄
Having said that having had the reduction it has ceased to be important. Yes I’d much prefer to have sensation as they used to be great fun, but 100% I’d rather have my new boobs and no sensation. If you hate your boobs at least half the time you honestly won’t care afterwards if you have sensation or not.
Also to PP who was going to be fully taped, I’ve just remembered that I came out and was upset as it looked like I had nothing left at all. They’ve completely fluffed up and I have boobs again - just perky smaller ones so don’t worry about your post surgery shape, it takes up to a year for them to settle down.

I actually really love my breasts. They're just very big and I ache in my shoulders and back. They've always been what men look at - I've had to say "eyes up here" before.

My nipples are crucial to my sex life, which has been awful for the last six years due to painful PIV due to the menopause. But I've been consulting a sexual health doctors who said I should use dilators. I ordered some and was getting on really well with them until I gave myself honeymoon cystitis 😂😫😂 which needs another set of antibiotics to clear up.

I'm having a stylist consultation soon so hopefully I can find clothes that look good. It feel too much of a risk to think about a reduction.

If you love them it’s different, I hated mine.

Try a joylux - it uses red light (basically a vibrator) that helps renew your vaginal wall cells. It’s been so much better than vaginal oestrogen for me. Sorry for the derail everyone!

Staff are amazing, being really well looked after.
