No supplements

I did running on treadmill - 25 mins
Aerobics
Step Aerobics
Swimming
I started off exercising 3 times/week - in last 9 months it was every day

A general dieting question from me; we mostly eat meals cooked from scratch. How do you work out the calorie content of a meal that you've cooked (if no cal info available in the recipe)?

Actually back then I chose not 1200 cans day but bizarrely 1330 a day !! I'd go lower than 1330 now though.

I did overall stick to this amount but not always - and if I didn't / I'd make up for it by subtracting cals off later days. To be honest - cos I was doing this calorie controlled thing I'd have a lot of pre packed sandwiches/crisps etc as they'd have the exact cal amounts on the packets !!

Of course I'd also go out for work meals etc when I couldn't accurately count calories so used to allow e.g. 1000 cals for main - 500 for starter / dessert and maybe 150 ish got glass of wine ?

I'd been overweight a long while then - bout 4 years - include pregnancy

Definitely- many more men were attracted to me when slim who would have probably if anything taken the piss before
