Our verdict

With its compact size and small footprint, this is a brilliant grill to pack your kids off to uni with, or to take away if you're staying in a caravan or self-catering accommodation. It's also fab for smaller kitchens, and we think it'd be a good option if you have a vegan in the family that wants their own grill just for plant foods. The plates are fixed which makes cleaning a little tricky, but they're non-stick and it has a sloped drip tray to drain away fats and oils.
