It's about bloody time. Out of all the awful trans guidelines (and there's plenty of choice in terms of breaching safeguarding, parental alienation etc) this was the most sinister and unpleasant in terms of grooming children and young people to ignore boundaries. Hopefully this will get plenty of press coverage as currently schools (understandably) uncritically obey what organisations like the CPS, Stonewall etc dictate to them. A load of blokes in wigs in a court telling a teenage girl she must get naked in a changing room with boys or be prosecuted for hate speech would have been such a good look. Shame

As an aside if not already spotted, stonewall say they've appointed their new CEO and will say in the next few weeks who it is and when they start (published on their website on April 21).
spero what happens to the SSA challenge now? There is no guarantee that CPS won't just reissue the guidance more or less intact. It would be good to have someone say it was illegal and why.
