Morning all. Very sorry for the late start of this thread. I was at my desk early this morning and forgot all about it Blush

Here's the spreadsheet

Looking forward to seeing how you all got on last week, and I hope that the dreaded week 3 and 4 effect will now be in the past!

Good luck for this week Flowers

Morning bootcampers!

Absolutely delighted - another 3.5lbs off! 2lbs to go for the first stone (am blocking out the 2 stone to come after that, mind Grin)

Morning. 5lbs off this morning - I'm absolutely astonished, to be honest, as I was away last week on a course so my routine kind of went to hell a bit. No dog-walking, had to do my best with the hotel's traditional food, and a couple of glasses of wine in the evenings.... I'd really been struggling for the last couple of weeks, despite sticking to the rules, so I'm really happy to see this result. I needed it Grin. KOKO.

Back home now, and back into the routine. It's a beautiful day here, so off out with the dogs.

Only 1/2 lb off this week, and feeling slightly disheartened. I did have a couple of glasses of wine and a few ginger/dark chocolate biscuits on Saturday but was otherwise on the straight & narrow all week. Will try harder!!

Congrats to the losers Flowers

I have put... wait for it... 5lbs on this last week. But I have also lost 1" off my hips and my clothes feel a little loser if anything. I do feel badly swollen due to laryngitis and a chest infection, so I'm guessing that rapid gain is mostly inflammation. At least I've been drinking bucket loads of water as I need to water my throat every 30 seconds.

Will be a day late weighing in , as we were away last night
Had smoked haddock and poached eggs in the hotel for breakfast , was very nice , just needed a knob of butter on top to make it perfect

Dinner choice on the limited menu was errr limited 😀
Chose sausages and mash ( didn’t eat the mash ) veg was carrots , green beans and peas , and I’m pretty sure there were caramel onions in the gravy

Will move on , and back on the strict rules now
Pours glass of water 💧

Morning all, I'm 1.2lbs down this morning, which isn't loads, but I haven't lost anything for two weeks (and I weight daily), so I'm really pleased to be back losing again! I hope it continues!!

B: Nothing
L: Cheese, cucumber and mayo
D: Roast chicken, courgetti and pesto
May have some coffee and cream, depending on how tired I am later!

Well it's only week one and I had one terrible day followed by a tummy bug over the weekend so I've lost 7lbs. Now I'm assuming this includes a lot of water but I was also really bloated before starting, I'm on it this week but wonder if I'm likely to see no loss/possibly a gain this week. I vaguely remember this from last time although I was much more disciplined then. Feeling in the zone today so hopefully it will continue.

Still losing - though slowly (less than a lb) BUT inch-loss is dramatic: 5 inches from waist since starting. I am quite a bit stronger too (this is noticeable when doing yoga classes). :)

Well done everyone. I can see some superb losses on the spreadsheet.

What a huge mountain of human fat we have moved together.

Yaaaay - I've not only lost the 3/4lb I'd put on last week but another 2lb in top of that Smile - down to 11st 4lb Grin

That's half a stone since I started this Boot Camp and over 50lb since I started in May 17 Smile

Less than half a stone to go until I'm back in to a normal BMI. Grin

Made a nice dessert last night to take over to my dad's: he was already making us Nasi Goreng (rice based) and was planning on giving us tapioca, so I offered to make pudding. I used another Tom Kerridge recipe: ended up having to use substitutes for just about every ingredient Blush (mascarpone instead of cream cheese, FF Greek yoghurt instead of creme fraiche and I didn't have enough cocoa so had to supplement with some very very old drinking chocolate that ds hadn't quite finished, which had some sugar in it Blush. The erithrytol and vanilla seeds were as per the recipe Wink) But it was very nice. I grated some Lindt 90% chocolate on top too.

I've lost 1.6lb so I'm back to where I was after the end of the last Bootcamp. 4lb to go until goal. Definitely absolutely gonna do it this time.

I've stayed the same and am a bit disappointed to be honest, but I'm reminding myself that I've still got a decent loss so far and just need to KOKO.

Hi everyone!
I had a good week and it has shown on a scales 😊 I lost a lb I put on last week and another so going in the right direction overall.
Was really strict and seen even better result during the week so the motivation remains strong.
Congratulations to all the losers Smile

Another lb gone, slow and steady. Being pre diabetic has really shaken me so its low carb forever, no more sugar highs and feeling like death lows.

@Onlyaprawn
I know how you feel as I had no loss for 3 weeks in a row and was really starting to lose motivation.
KOKO is the only way!

I've lost 3lbs this week, which is great as I didn't lose anything last week, so I'm hoping this means I've scrambled across the plateau and am now continuing my descent down chubby mountain Smile

For those that have STS - remember ilovecherries inspirational story. She KOKOed strictly during the longest stall in history ( months ) Shock before eventually the scales moved down again. Smile

But as her consultant chose to describe it: it wasn't a stall, it was an extended period of maintenance Wink

She is the Boot Camp Poster Girl for all sorts of reasons! Flowers

Total weight loss so far 9lbs - it could have been better due to sneaky wine drinking but that's what I allow myself as treats, and I'm really happy with the results so far!

Thanks did the continued motivation and recipe tips!!

STS, but not accepting that as I’m pretty sure it’s bathroom related. Angry Will weigh tomorrow to be sure.

Well done everyone.

A bit rubbish, but still here. Ate some focaccia yesterday at a friend's insistence and did not feel well. I don't think wheat agrees with me.

Hmm... 1lb back on, could have been worse I suppose! I'm not having a drink until Saturday as a v long drive Sat morning, plus I'm hoping to go running this week at some point.. Hopefully that'll kick start things again. I really would like to get down to 9st by Xmas.

I’ve slipped into eating a few too many nuts and squares of dark chocolate. Will knock that on the head for the last few weeks and see if I can lose some more inches.

2lbs off this week, happy with that! 8lbs lost so far, at my target, but would like to lose another 4lbs I think, tummy still a bit wobbly!

Today's food:
B 1 sausage
L 2 chicken thighs with celeriac mash
D thai green chicken curry with veg

Trying to do a meal plan, but lacking inspiration, what should I eat this week!

2lbs lost this week which I’m pleased with. That’s 10lbs this bootcamp. I bought a bar of 90% dark chocolate yesterday and fortunately I don’t like it at all. I persevered for two squares but had to give up.

Well done on all the great losses this week. Koko.
