Morning all. Very sorry for the late start of this thread. I was at my desk early this morning and forgot all about it Blush

Here's the spreadsheet

Looking forward to seeing how you all got on last week, and I hope that the dreaded week 3 and 4 effect will now be in the past!

Good luck for this week Flowers

Wildheart, I just cut them into chunky chip size, toss them in oil and paprika, pop on baking tray and bake in oven for 25-35 mins.

Just made a crustless quiche leeks, red pepper, chorizo, red onion and cream with eggs. Very filling.

Had pork belly + garlicky celeriac mash + broccoli and gravy 😋 stuffed. Given its the weekend will be having a tipple Grin which translates into a glass. I'm a complete lightweight now

Had lovely loin of pork ( had the fatty bits ) flour free gravy , broccoli and a couple of carrots for dinner
2 boiled eggs with mayo for breakfast , and very creamy celeriac and buttery butternut soup for lunch ( with added grated cheddar melted in )
Adding in the fats , and feeling good 👍

Have a week off work now , DDs graduation, 2 nights in hotel , celebration meals planned , had also planned to learn how to make croissants, ready for Christmas breakfast ... will just have to get someone else to taste test 👍
And KOKO

Had boursin-stuffed chicken breats wrapped in parma ham and baked with extra olive oil, garlic cloves and a squoosh of lemon juice last night, served with buttered mange touts and left over celeriac (while everyone else had rice).

I also made a dessert: Nigella Lawson's Flourless Chocolate Lime Cake, using ethyritol instead of caster sugar, served with lime cream (some inulin and lime juice and zest plus lemon oil, whipped up with double cream Smile Loads left over Grin

Yummy Smile

I made a lovely fish pie last night. I haven't made one for years, always put off by the fact that normally I make a roux to pour over the fish. But instead, I just added thick cream to the milk I'd poached the fish in, and a handful of grated cheddar and it was fine.

Topped it with celeriac and leek mash and it was lovely!

I'm in the US until Thursday, so the lovely @prettybird will be starting tomorrow's new chat thread. I hope everyone has good results on the scales - and I'll be catching up with you at whatever point the jet lag kicks in and I'm awake!

Morning all, 3lbs off for me (slightly disappointing, as I'd lost 2 of them the day after last week's weigh-in), but I know I should be pleased and I'm definitely pleased with 18.3 lbs off altogether.

Good luck everyone!
