This thread is for Black Friday 2019. If you're on the hunt for the most recent Black Friday discounts, find our guide to this year's best Amazon Black Friday deals. Hope this helps, and happy shopping! MNHQ

----

Hello everyone,

Black Friday is the shopping event of the year, with huge sales from loads of brands giving savvy shoppers the chance to get their hands on some serious bargains in the run up to Christmas.

This year, Black Friday falls on 29 November 2019 and, after the success of previous live Black Friday threads, the Mumsnet shopping team will once again be here from dawn ‘til dusk on the day helping you find the very best online deals.

We'll be updating this thread with the best offers we can find, but feel free to post any great deals you come across too. If you’re strapped for time, let us know what you’re looking for below and we will try our best to source a deal for you.

Quick reminder of how this works: we've selected these deals by scouring the web for bargains that we think MNers will love. We can’t guarantee that every single product has been at its 'pre-Black Friday price' for more than 30 days, but we only pull out offers that seem to us like genuinely good deals on products we know MNers rate.

We do get a small referral % if you happen to buy through these links and, if you post a fantastic offer but don't include a link, MNHQ may edit your post so that other users can easily find it.

I just bought DH a Fitbit from Curry's for £74. It comes with a free Google Home Mini (worth about £35 I think?) and also, because I spent more than £49, 6 months of Spotify Premium for free.

It's almost worth buying something for £49, to get almost £60 of Spotify.

Hope this was ok to post Mumsnet.

Can anyone advise on echo dot and fire 7 tablet ?

Deals look good but I'm out of touch these days on tech and want to know how to select correct options on amazon as I get confused why there's different listings for seemingly same device (I understand when there's w difference like colour but often there's more than one listing for what appears to be exact same items and I don't understand this)

Also the fire tablet says "with special offers" does that mean I have to buy a special offer too to get that special price?

Would like if possible to order for delivery tomorrow but need help to choose the right items

Hoping you guys can help

Fire 7 with special offers means that when the screen is locked or not in use you'll get adverts coming up

Amazon charge £10 to remove them

Ah ok - yea that really doesn't bother me, I have a fire tablet at the moment that's 3 years old that does that also bought Black Friday.

I'm losing confidence in doing this type of purchase as I get older I think and I've always been a procrastinator but get annoyed at myself when it means I miss out on good deals

'Very' are doing substantial cash back on iPads until the 28th. You have to have an account and opt for the payment plan to get the money back. But then you can just pay it off in month one so no interest accrued.

It's a 7" fire I have at the moment is the only difference between fires 7,8 and 10 the screen size?

Because if so I'm happy with 7"
