Yes he's still in jail Im fairly sure. He was supposed to have paid her damages by now I think. And there was the kicking his wife in the head incident.
He was in a fight at Huyton golf club which is where he came unstuck as he was still under conditions from the D.V. so didn't get bail. His brother was a murderous racist too. Horrible family.
