Stardust melodies has a total of 24 squares, 12 of which are free, all designed to be in one colour. As written, they come out at 6.5" for me, but several of them are textures that you can just carry on for as long as you want.

Spin ooh , all the peskies , ouch!
Woolly - I tend to search for afghan , and just have a quick look at the size on the description - here are a few I have done - most I must admit, I have to add at least one extra round if not two to bring it up to 12" though www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/mums-the-word-square

So Chernobs, Belarus, Billie’s Blankets and Hearty Hearts. How do they all fit together?!

We are delighted to have been invited to go to Osipovichi, Belarus 🇧🇾 with Andy March’s trip (from the Bristol CLL group) in April. We have a very full itinerary, and we will share more details soon, but happily we get to meet last year's Bristol group again, we met them last summer when we took them their blankets ❤️ and also the next group of (Chernobs) children visiting this summer. Fantastic. We aim to blog whilst over there. Who knows, even a vlog if we can work it out 😃💪

During our trip we visit Yasen'Social Centre: Children (3 - 18) between Osipovichi and Babruysk and also the No.1 Baby Home in Minsk where we are delighted to be delivering some Billie’s Blankets. Such a wonderful thing to be able to do from us all.

And the Hearty Hearts? We plan to take them and give them as little Woolly Heart Hugs to families, wonderful staff caring for the children and children themselves. Thank you for all donations so far, it will be a pleasure to give them. If you'd like to make any more, or take part, there is still time. As long as we have them by Easter. All crafting info is under the Winter of Woolly Love, link on our home page, thank you so much xxx

Sounds brilliant KnottyandPistey looking forward to your blog/vlog.

I've had a busy afternoon pesky wrangling. I've got 3 and a half rows to do and then the edging. Should be finished early this week.

Thank you book I'm going to do Spring Fling for my 12" squares. I've made these before and I think I may have even recommended the pattern last year.

If I'm sending everything in one parcel is it better to send by Hermes rather than Royal Mail? Do Hermes have an equivalent of 1st/2nd class or is it a set charge?

Hi, can I ask what the deadline for Chernobs squares are? I know I've seen it somewhere, but can't see it on the WH website....got a pile to send, but will keep going for another week if there's time.

Morning loves! How are we?

Woolly is right, just a quick C&P

Last posting for squares is Saturday 6th April. These are going to the South Coast address. Please no later as we must do the sort and send to Construction crew before Easter!

Last posting for whole blankets is Saturday 27th April, no later please, but asap will make it easier for us! These are going to Teddington.

We are nearly at the 'sharp end' of this project!

Such lovely blankets. I love the Tetris one - am slightly addicted to the game Grin

I'm sulking as I'd planned to have finished my blanket this weekend, but I'm about to run out of one colour and I went to the wool shop to get some more and they'd run out!!!! I'm trying to decide whether or not to suck up the postage charge for one ball of wool or order loads to make it worthwhile.

TheWoollybacksWife · 22/03/2019 20:35

What colour @Okki ? If I've got it you can have some.

KnottyAndPistey · 22/03/2019 21:11

What do you need Okki?
