Redvers v NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board & Mr Adam Doyle Thread 3

TT summary:

Dr Redvers, a named GP safeguarding lead, has a constructive dismissal case. Clinical concerns were raised about a specific doctor at WellBN, a Brighton GP practice. She claims that as a result of escalating those claims from 2020 onwards, she was constructively dismissed.

Her legal claim is discrimination on the grounds of her employer’s perception she had gender critical beliefs and on the grounds of her protected belief in evidence-based medicine (EBM). The respondent defends the latter claim by pleading that EBM is just an opinion.

I am a doctor. I posted a link to an article about this in the doctors Reddit earlier today. It was deleted and I got banned. The NHS trans club is extremely real.

I think I will migrate fully to Mumsnet now. Not a mum but am 14w pregnant so hopefully that counts 😂

Appalling but not surprising!

I believe in the primary and immutability of biological sex. I don't believe it's possible to change sex and I abhor the idea of children being taught they can be "born in the wrong body" when said body is perfectly healthy. I have never met a doctor in real life who believes it's possible to change sex but sadly none of us feel safe to speak these opinions at work.

The Redvers and Hall case speaks to a larger problem with NHS ideology being forced on us all from the top down. It's yet another case of a manager behaving completely unacceptably (how many of us have met someone as unique as Dr Hall multiple times in the last few months and then completely "forgot" about it?) and getting away with it scot-free. Then you have the hounding and persecution of a whistleblower. It's all too familiar.

There is SEEN in Healthcare. Just in case youre not aware.

There is now a thread on UK trans reddit about the BBC article; it's wild, as you might imagine.

An interesting read and the Lived Experience Advisor who called Dr Redvers transphobic has outed themselves on that thread.

And one post refers to mumsnetters as "bitches and bigots". I am fairly new to the debate and one thing that struck me immediately is how one-sided it is when it comes to insults and threats.

HydrangeaFig · 25/10/2026 23:31

Did the judge say she hoped to have the judgment out by Christmas? I was wondering if she was being a bit optimistic. I tried to find some judgments by her on the employment tribunal decisions page but the search facility isn't very useful and didn't manage to find any.

Yes, it's very revealing.

Defensive attacks, basically. Because there are no good arguments.

Well the whole trans mantra when it all blew up was ‘no debate’.

Very little trans translates into being a healthy state of mind. It all feels toxic and very much an over valued belief. But as can be seen on the SP thread certain people will defend the indefensible.

I hope that now the light has been shone on the fact children have been impacted, the very thing TRAs like to tell you ‘never happens’ might open up the reality of how unhealthy the trans movement is.

And that it was a woman, Sam Hall preying on children is shocking.

TwoLoonsAndASprout · Yesterday 07:50

@BlueLegume

And that it was a woman, Sam Hall preying on children is shocking.

We have the odious trans-identifying woman Stephen Whittle to thank for much of the NHSE policy that insisted that trans staff and patients must be accommodated as the gender they identified as.

And we have the equally odious trans-identifying woman James Morton to thank for the Scottish Prisons policy of incarcerating trans-identifying men in women’s prisons.

And let’s not forget that the person who headed up the “research study” (I use that term very loosely) behind the Dutch Protocol was a woman, Annelou L C de Vries.

There’s a good PhD thesis or two worth of study on why these women are so determined to destroy women’s and children’s rights and health.

Add Ruth Hunt to the list. I appreciate she is not trans but she was behind adding the T and unapologetically so.

ChimpanzeeThatMonkeyNews · Yesterday 08:05

I loathe that bloody woman. As a lesbian, how could she do this??
I know the answer is money. It’s always money, and she didn’t want her revenue stream to dry up.
And, what with her living in an ivory tower, she wouldn’t have to ‘deal’ with them, and their worst excesses.
With her (no doubt) private healthcare, lovely gated community, and swanning about the HoL when she can arsed.
She makes me sick.

At this point, I don’t think she’s capable of that sort of introspection.

The GMC has some serious questions to answer.

They only pull their finger out if you steal PPE.
They’re absolutely fine when doctors harm their patients. A wee slap on the wrist, and off you pop, Dr. As you were.

Sam Hall strikes me as a woman who thought she could reinvent herself to be more interesting. She admits she had a breakdown. Rather than heal from that breakdown she transitioned, became a GP and dived straight into gender medicine. What GP has the direct ear and email of the CEO of an NHS trust.

The pattern we see with these trans people is their needs are absolutely at the forefront of everything.

Roxy Tickle - is probably the prime example. At no point during the Giggle vs Tickle debacle did he stop and think - hang on, maybe women should be allowed to say they want a single sex space. India Willoughby. Absolutely deranged. Offering to ‘show his cervix’. We are dealing with unwell people and yet are told to ‘accept them’ for who they say they are.

I was taught by nuns. Some of them really, really hated other women, and especially girls. A belief based framework such as religion or genderism seriously enables such women to practise their cruelty.

Evangelism tends to blind its followers, be it religion of in this case the trans movement. No doubt someone will object top my use of ‘movement’, so I will add ‘ideology’ for clarification of what this is.

And trans ideology is inherently steeped in hatred of women. Men, who want to be women not because they idolise them but because they are seethingly jealous of them and what they have/can do/symbolise. And women who hate that they are women, and hate that there are other women who don’t hate being women.

It’s the misogyny-patriarchy final boss.

“The narcissistic inability of the transgender practitioners to perceive the boundaries between themself and others, and their inability to perceive others as separate and different beings, has led them to design this treatment approach with the unconscious thought “What would I have liked in this situation?” instead of “What do these patients need?”.”

MarieDeGournay · Yesterday 09:57

Welcome eileanacheo, glad you found a supportive environment, a place that has strong opinions but also values research and digging deep and basing opinions on facts.
(Other boards may also be useful when Baby Eilean appearsSmile)
I hope that's a fair summing up of the Feminism: Sex and gender discussions board, it's how I experience it anyway.
BTW for newcomers, it is often referred to as FWR because it used to be called Feminism and Women's Rights, and 'FWR' is snappier than F:S&GD. It can be confusing

The similarities between trans activism and narcissism are striking -
That didn’t happen.
And if it did, it wasn’t that bad.
And if it was, that’s not a big deal.
And if it is, that’s not my fault.
And if it was, I didn’t mean it.
And if I did, you deserved it.

and the use of DARVO - Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender - is blatant.
Interestingly, DARVO is now being used by TRAs to reverse the offender and the victim!

Another tactic is taking criticisms of trans ideology and turning them back against sex realist/gender critical feminists - we say they display cognitive dissonance, they say we display cognitive dissonance, we say their theories are not scientifically verifiable, they say our theories are not scientifically verifiable and so on..

Thanks for the link, BlueLegume, I'll read that article with great interest.

Very unwell people, and if you bring that up it’s always framed as though it’s a separate issue, it’s everybody else’s fault for not being affirming enough. The dots are never joined. It’s chicken and egg all the way down. Wasn’t it Helen Joyce who showed a shockingly high rate of personality disorders amongst those who adopted trans identities? Considering everything we see, it certainly stacks up.
