People are remarkable in how they can so easily be influenced to cast integrity and honesty aside. One would think that an organisation like the NHS would have more admirable characters. But I suppose, it is a sinecure. Tax payer funded, and for all the charters and rules, if groups collude to get down and dirty for their own purposes, these rules can be ignored. By those with the right ideological bent, of course. Not for the betterment of ethical medical treatment, ironically the opposite it seems.

I've had norovirus all week and been totally incapable of keeping fluids down following TT or these threads beyond the odd check in 😭
