There's been a spate of threads recently about things JK Rowling has shamefully failed to comment on. Wouldn't it be easier to put them all in a single thread?

I'll start.

JK Rowling has shamefully failed to comment on the Manchester City fraud scandal.

Still waiting on her email to land giving guidance on whether Pigeon or Oval Room Blue is the way forward for the reception hall.

Yes, but can't we just blame her for the names of the shades in the first place...?

(ps. they never have shades called "Pigeon Poo" do they? why is that?)

She's said nothing about Storm Austen battering my greenhouse.
Instead she's been faffing around with some update to something she wrote way back in 2020. I mean, what else is there to say?
Oh, and persists in being a billionaire.

True. It has taken out my enormous rosebush ( we were going to cut it this weekend but it was still flowering and MASSIVE) so it's fallen across the whole garden. No sympathy from her. And I'm not expecting any when we try to tie it up whenever it stops raining.

Storm Austen is causing me issues as well, and nothing from her, FFS.

She also failed to express sympathy for the fact hat the one unavailable item in my only shop was bog roll. The shit. I bet she's stockpiled the lot.

I finally made it to our local boating lake. Bottle of Teacher's and pack of B&H in hand, so I could re-enact 'the photo' - only to find they wouldn't rent me a swan pedalo in the rain.

I went to a lot of effort (I don't even smoke) - nothing from JKR or her 'people'

I've been waiting since yesterday for JKR to put me out of my misery and identify this cultural reference. Google didn't help.

Not a word from her. 😡

I think there was a picture of She Who Shall Not Be Named sitting on her MEGA YACHT enjoying a drink and a ciggie. The trail of dismembered sea mammals coming out of the exhaust (her boat runs on actual live whales) is just off shot.

Ahhh, thanks! So JKR could have saved me 2 wasted hours of googling album covers but chose not to.😡

It’s pouring down here and I just got soaked. WTAF JKR?

She has in no way apologised for the fact they only had half a rabbit in the butchers. And only one ox cheek left. Has she apologised for the sad state of my freezer? Has she hell.

She hasnt send sympaties for the fact that my Shed has lost its googly eyes in the storm.

I now need to source new googly eyes fior my shed so it can keep an eye on my garden.

Now this is my kind of bonkers 😂

Think this is the point at which I say TTIUWP (this thread is useless without pictures) but clearly I can expect no help at all from JKR in making you persuading you to post

Well now JKR has selfishly refused to comfort me following your dreadful lack of foresight in capturing a picture of the be-googly eyed shed prior to the storm.

I mean how busy can one woman be doing good works, writing bestsellers and having a life too 😉

Well my dog’s got an ear infection and now I need to wash it out and put ear drops in for the foreseeable.

Any support from JKR? Crickets. She just really hates animals and takes no account of their lived experiences. Shocking.

This happened a fortnight ago, and I had been too upset and distressed to post about it, in fact I actually had to take a break from social media because of it, but I have decided that enough is enough, with your help and support I will be strong and brave, and I can overcome this situation.

I've just baked a loaf, it's amazing. The previous one I made was rank, I had to bin it. A word of congratulations would have been nice. I'd even have given her a slice.

DD (9) gave me a slice of cake last night and it was much smaller than her own slice. I was fewmin.

A lorry knocked down a wall at my local pub in Wiltshire. No-one was hurt, no thanks to bloody JKR of course.

I’m going to call Sadiq Khan and have a go at his staff and send them 10,000 e-mails about it. For shame JKR and Sadiq.
