I named your behaviour - and you pretended not to understand, just as you've done throughout this thread.

All you said was that my behaviour was creepy and predatory. Explain why you think that?

murasaki · 11/07/2026 23:55

I don't know how much clearer we can be. We think you get a thrill out of being in spaces that you are not allowed to be in, especially if there are women and girls in a vulnerable situation in those spaces. And then you get a thrill out of us telling you that.

It's not a good look.

Because you’re a man going into a space set aside for women for the preservation of our privacy, dignity and safety

good, non creepy, non predatory men do not do this

the fact that you seem unable to even understand that it is a problem is extremely telling

Pingponghavoc · 12/07/2026 00:01

What is wholesome about a man using female toilets?

What exactly is the creepy and predatory part? I do the exact same thing as any other woman. I use the toilet, wash my hands, then leave. I’m not there preying on anyone. I’m keeping my head down and just using the toilet.

Then do it legally in the men's toilets where you belong and where you won't be taking away the rights of children and women to privacy, dignity and safety. Go on, shoo - our place is not for you.

It matters not one jot how you believe you are described - you're a grown man and your behaviour is not that of decent men.

Fucking hell, one of the worst kinds? As someone who has actually experienced the worst kind of man, I can tell you someone quietly using the toilet come nowhere close and is quite frankly offensive to someone who has been abused.

murasaki · 12/07/2026 00:39

Point missed there, the worst men ignore or deliberately cross women's boundaries, which you are doing. Toilets are merely an example as that was the topic of conversation, the boundaries are the issue, whatever they are.

I think we are going to have to agree to disagree on this one. I want you to know what have never doing any of this lightly. I’ve spent so much time discussing this with my non-gender therapist and have agonised over what the right thing is. We have very different perspectives but I have never intentionally tried to hurt anyone.

murasaki · 12/07/2026 01:06

No, I never assumed you were doing it lightly, it's always been clear it's deliberate and thought through.

I never assumed I would be have a right by default. I waited until my appearance had changed enough to not cause alarm. I know we disagree but I do genuinely believe I am blending in. Most people find me friendly and pleasant.

Pingponghavoc · 12/07/2026 02:03

I think we are going to have to agree to disagree on this one.

No, this isnt valid differences of opinion. You have no right to be in women only spaces.

You are making up your own rules and expecting everyone to ignore the SC.

Transgender people under ECHR are allowed to live in privacy and dignity. If you want to provide more cases for the ECHR feel free.
Trans people reading my post please use whatever faculties you need and don’t listen to these weird crotch detectives.
I would trust a trans person with my kids instead of someone who is obsessed with gentalia.

I do know I’m not making anyone uncomfortable. You may not be very observant but I am.

I’ve been out all day and it was entirely unremarkable and normal.

You can keep doubling down on this all like. It won’t change the reality. If you access female single sex provisions you will be causing harm to female people, you will be making some female people uncomfortable and they will not let you know. There will be some who will not notice and there will be some who will be fine with you being there.

Helleofabore · 12/07/2026 05:35

Male people who use female single sex provisions in the UK, knowing that the UK has now got clear guidance that any provision labelled as female is only for female people are doing so knowing they are doing this when the majority of female people want female single sex provisions. And it is not lawful to do so.

Male people who understand that female people may be harmed by their presence (even when female people don’t give any outward indication that they have been harmed) are making a deliberate choice to put themselves in a situation where they have high risk of causing female people harm. It doesn’t matter what those male people say their motivation is or what their motivation in reality is. Those male people have made a choice to do this.

What are the words for a male person who makes a conscious choice to increase the risk of harm to female people?

Consent plays a huge factor in safeguarding principles which led to segregated female single sex provisions in the first place. It is impossible to gain individual female people’s consent for allowing an individual male person access to use a female single sex provision. Hence the policy (and law) is that male people do not use those provisions over the age of about 8 years old.

A male person accessing a female single sex provision does so without having the consent of every female person who is using that provision.

What are the words to describe a male person who knowing ignores female people’s consent?

What are the words used to also describe the type of male person who doesn’t accept female people’s ‘no’?

What are the words to describe a male person who attempts to convince female people to change their non-consent into agreeing to give cosent?

If you are referring to Article 8, please stop spreading misinformation.

Please also understand that you cannot give consent in any way that takes higher priority over any female person who doesn’t consent to male people accessing female single sex provision.

Consent is not transferable from one female person to another. If one female person objects to a male person using a female single sex provision, your personal consent is irrelevant.

Helleofabore · 12/07/2026 05:55

Anyone posting about Article 8 should be posting about the restrictions to that right as well.

That is very often ignored.

https://www.equalityhumanrights.com/human-rights/human-rights-act/article-8-respect-your-private-and-family-life

Article 8 protects your right to respect for your private and family life.

The EHRC link covers what this means. Including these restrictions:

Restrictions to the right to respect for your private and family life

There are situations when public authorities can interfere with your right to respect for private and family life, home and correspondence. This is only allowed where the authority can show that its action is lawful, necessary and proportionate in order to:
protect national security
protect public safety
protect the economy
protect health or morals
prevent disorder or crime, or
protect the rights and freedoms of other people.

Action is ‘proportionate’ when it is appropriate and no more than necessary to address the problem concerned.

These restrictions keep getting missed out. Interestingly, they were part of the recent decision in the Freddy McConnell case where Freddy lost in her attempt to force the UK to list female people who gave birth to a child as being the child’s father and not be listed as the child’s mother.

I suggest there is also a reason that a very public campaign, by a retired UK judge no less, to challenge the UK law around single sex provision access has been never seen listed as a case in the European Court of Human Rights eighteen months on? Could it be because it was quietly rejected and not given permission to be brought as a case because the court didn’t think there was a clear case for the challenge? I guess time will tell.

On the issue of ‘some women don’t have an issue sharing’. Maybe this video provides a starting point on this.

3 Takedowns for the argument “Some women don’t mind/You don’t speak for all women.”

I think this following video is a useful video in that Amy highlights several important things.

One is the nature of the boundary violations of male people, that even a boundary violation by deception is a significant issue.

But she also highlights the tactics and emotional manipulation that underlie the rhetoric people use to demand that male people are treated as if they are female people.

Remembering of course, that this can only ever be premised from a philosophical position. Because there is no material way for male person to change sex and someone’s feelings of gender dysphoria does not mean that they are materially the sex they want to believe they are.

https://x.com/knownheretic/status/2006188958586380420?s=46

Once you can strip away the emotionally manipulative language and behaviour, there is no logic or science that supports the demand that male people should be treated as if they are female

Here is another one :

“🚨WARNING about how to safeguard oneself against the "persuasion-predator" who attempts to persuade the target out of trusting their own instincts.

The persuasion-predator gets a target to cooperate and is thus granted more flexibility when it comes to privacy.

Persuasion requires the participation of the target.

Persuasion is an internal process, not an external one, we persuade ourselves.

While predators may manipulate, persuade, compel, and direct, they only succeed in control when the target allows them to be persuaded out of trusting their own instincts.

I could also speak about Wu in terms of DARVO, empathy traps, and other kinds of narcissistic manipulation tactics, but the important part is to spot the tactics and shine a light on them so as not to allow yourself to become a willing participant with predators who attempt to groom the public out of healthy boundaries.”

She later posted this too:

I think of narcissists as manipulative in order to achieve their own ends, but it's not always an abusive aim, their aim might be money, power, or other kinds of control. In terms of the persuasion-predator, abuse, boundary violation, or access to the preferred victim is the aim.

https://x.com/knownheretic/status/1893826007351607662?s=46

The Bewilderness also made a good point

”This is the claim predatory men make to absolve themselves of responsibility for their own actions.
The behavior is inborn & not the result of a series of choices they made.

Very like the claims religious leaders make to shift responsibility for their abusive actions on to God.

Then we also have these examples of the menace that some male people show :

This is the reaction to being told ‘no, you should respect female people’s needs for single sex provisions’ by a celebrity.
Alexandra Billings self published these videos . This one first I believe.

https://x.com/gaynotqueer1/status/2032811484271817092?s=46

Then the chilling and menacing response to women saying 'no' here stitched into Amy Sousa’s response.

https://x.com/knownheretic/status/2032639781658833142?s=46

The menace is chilling to see. But it is not unusual. Here is another.
