This is exactly the sort of person who should be labelled a vexatious litigant - someone the courts has made clear is completely wrong but who tries to constantly fight the same fight and use the court system itself as punishment for his victims even though the court has been clear that he is wrong.

My thoughts on why this man behaves as he does, this is, of course theory only, as i have never met the man!.
He was possibly abused by a woman as a small child and so identified as woman, to "protect " himself, his early sexual fantasy/ porn use triggered the sexual fantasy of himself as a girl. He then became so invested in this "persona", while knowing that he was still male, that he had to squash his self knowledge by lots of mental " noise". He was also affirmed by those around him, feted for being stunning and brave this in itself becomes addictive and he can't cope with the change of perception. He has to keep the merry go round going to stop himself from having to have who he is and what he has done.

Please do not blame a woman for his behaviour.

I did not blame a woman, but have come across trans identified men who were sexually abused by their mothers when they were small boys. It is not helpful, in my experience, to paint all women as incapable of sexual abuse of children. The vast majority of those who sexually abuse children are men, but there are women who do and they have an impact on child survivors.

I accept that it is possible, but unless you witnessed it yourself it is quite a stretch to take the word of a man who you know to have a problematic relationship with objective truth and who wants to justify their own actions.

Having worked with survivors of abuse for decades, I did indeed believe the trans identified men who told about being abused by their mothers. I do not believe that this makes them women, i believe it makes them men with very specialised psychological needs, who should never be given surgery and/ or cross sex hormones. It does not help any of us to not investigate the men who use needful in their early 20's and continue with the delusion into their 50's and 60's.

You are apportioning causation where there may only be correlation.

I’ve seen a lot of apologists come on here and try to spin why the poor ickle man is actually the victim, but that is almost impressive in its determination to find an excuse, however far-fetched.

Based on reading them talk about themselves, and their behaviours, to each other, I've seen these men constructing sympathetic narratives to hide their fetish-driven behaviour, particularly in their dealings with medics, counsellors, and state bureaucracy. They only admit to each other that they do this because they know it would not be well received by the rest of society.

The cases that I'm thinking of, it was a woman who sexually abused her son. We do not do women any favours by pretending that none of us ever can be guilty of sexual abuse.
The vast majority of abusers are male, but there are still women who sexually abuse children. The survivors of csa, who experience the most damage are those abused by their primary care giver, there is not enough research into why, or into why some women abuse

He's clearly got a lot of issues and is a deeply unpleasant and vindictive man. That's all anyone other than his own doctor or psychologist can conclude. He might be mentally ill. He might have had an awful childhood. He might just be a git.

Yes, it does happen but it also does women no favours to look at an abusive adult man and speculate that it was his mother's fault.
Men abuse at much higher rates than women. It would make as much sense to blame a father as a mother.
In this case, Watson is an adult, a grown man, sixties at least I imagine. His behaviour is his own.

At no time have I suggested that it is otherwise. It is, i think, useful to at least try and understand what drives the extreme letigiousness of these men. It is my theory that they do this to keep the " noise" going to stop them having to think about reality.
