Just catching up with this. What miserable news, even if I was half expecting it after the way the hearings went. Surely she has grounds to appeal, though as has been said many times before, the process is the punishment and it is so unfair that a handful of brave individuals has to fight the fight on behalf of all of us.

No, it is not photoshopped. The tribunal genuinely got the names of the barristers the wrong way round. They also referred to the recused panel member as "Professor Deborah Boyd", notwithstanding the fact that she is not a professor.

Astonishing. It's reminiscent of the f*-up in the Sandie Peggie case where the judgement contained references to other judgements that didn't even exist.

I don't currently have my notes to hand. Were the "Professor's" lack of academic credentials raised in court, or was the recusal application simply on links to the named groups and likely bias?

I have a vague feeling there was a passing mention of 'we couldn't find her qualifications' but it didn't form a substantial part of the application. But there was so much discussion of it on the thread I may be getting mixed up. If it wasn't raised in court it may be outside judicial knowledge.

Naomi did impute there was a very tiny foot print available online for an academic.

A judge worth her salt would have made discreet enquiries.

NC and CE remained "locked in their lodgings" until late morning that day, and submitted an application for the entire panel to recuse itself. Presumably much more detail was provided than we heard about.

The honorary professor recused herself on unrelated health grounds and the J and TU member declined the application to recuse themselves.

There are a few YouTube videos. In this one, BB describes herself, in 2013, as "an honorary visiting professor" at the University of Ulster Dept of Environmental Sciences.

By 2017 DB is "Professor of Environmental Science and Waste Management"

This is awful, thoughts go out to Sara.
I think we need to reinstate all our professorships if the fake professor is still in her chair.
I can understand Sara not wanting any more of this shitshow, but I really hope they don't get away with it.
