Evidence given in today's tribunal that the organisation in question refusing their women employees single sex facilities were being 'very very' strongly advised not to change practice and comply with the law.

Transactivism is openly now challenging law and advising people not to comply with it.

The EHRC should delete every page of its "Guidance"
and the Supreme Court Ruling would still stand

The Cross Examination in the Leonardo Tribunal today has it on Court record how illegally many unions are behaving.

Do they can say how they were forced in to it instead of being grown ups and complying with the law 🙄

The unions as a whole are pretty bad on recognising the reality that women exist, but PCS really is the Muppet Show.

Why would anyone join a union where the union's lawyers are saying "you have to comply with the law" and elected union officials are saying "la la la can't hear you"?

Is PCS the old CPSA of yore? I used to be a member. A lot of the members were both small and large C conservative as I recall. This won't end well for the leadership....

I wish I was able to join the RMT. Not only do they recognise that sex is real, but they're remarkably good at getting pay rises for their members.

Time to ask all these unions why they're promoting the sex crimes of voyeurism and indecent exposure against women. You can't insist that men have the right to access undressed / vulnerable women without enabling these sex crimes.

And time to ask them why they don't care about women's rights.

Any and every organisation that has ignored that piece of "law" is toast

In hope that the law can be overturned or ignored. And with a weak, useless government, and no political party that cares about women's equality, they're getting away with it.

What is complex and unworkable about the fact that where single-sex spaces, services and sports are concerned, very material biology trumps invisible and unprovable "gender identity" every time? That is the LAW and has been since the Equality Act 2010 was passed 15 years ago.

DH is RMT. He's had 3 pay rises in a year due to back dated negotiations.... I'm a huge fan.
