Edit - I have left and returned, and can hear it now.

I'm not observing, so 'the judge has entered the room' or 'a robin has perched on the windowsill' much appreciated.

I'm in and it doesn't say anyone is in the waiting room.

Maybe turn it off and on again?

UTC - I've just googled it. Coordinated Universal Time but that would be CUT so I wonder is it Temps Universel Coordiné or something?

I believe it was a compromise within the International Astronomical Union (or whatever the body is called) that the initials should be “wrong” in both official languages.

The court official is putting the microphones out, and we can see that they are wireless. Perhaps that's why to sound quality is so poor?
