They have! Macron is being paid off by Israel.

Yep, Candace is in utter panic mode. The rats are turning upon one another : Nick Fuentes, neo-nazi and Groyper in chief has her firmly in his sights. I am slightly shocked by how many CO fans there are in this thread and how unembarassed they are to be pushing this conspiracy so doggedly.

I don't personally believe BM is a man.
I can understand Candy O wanting clickbait and eyeballs.
What I can't understand at all, is someone with decades of news anchor experience like Tucker Carlson saying a few days ago that he never believed it, but he now knows for sure that CO is right.
He doesn't need the money, nor to look foolish at his time of life, so what on earth is his angle in this particular grift?
Puzzling.

It is not that puzzling. TC and CO are fighting for lucrative turf on the hard right. TC has fallen off the deep end on several other fronts and is fighting to maintain his position. Supporting CO on this issue is a no brainer, the Kirk assasination has created a power vacuum they all want to fill. The politics and brain dead rhetoric that comes out of the USA is frighteningly toxic from both ends of the political spectrum.

I've just realised, thanks to you@TheignT, that I'm not a man - also 4 children but I DO have a photo of me on the maternity ward - phew!

(I can't quite remember how now, since it was a long time ago, but a photo of me with my firstborn appeared in the local paper. My lips were massive thanks to the gas and air tube, my hair was all over the shop, and I looked absolutely fucking knackered! Which, tbf, I was).

Happy to be of service. If only I'd had the sense to have a photo taken but here I am at 72 facing up to the fact that I'm a man. It is very disconcerting. I haven't broken the news to my husband, not sure how he's going to take it I mean he's watched me giving birth so this is going to come as a shock.

I really hope Candace Owens loses. I am so sick of these grifters and what this means for the future.

'The Macrons’ lawsuit is a bold last stand for facts in a time when they count for increasingly little. They might not win in court, and it seems even more unlikely that they can achieve their ultimate aim of quashing this rumour for good. Whatever the verdict, Owens is liable to do well from the attention. But at least the Macrons will go down fighting for the cause of truth.'

I just made the mistake of watching that Tucker Carlson video linked above and have now likely destroyed my YouTube algorithm for a lifetime. Suffice it to say, like most of what TC says, with great confidence and bravura, there was not one single shred of fact or evidence presented to back up the theory.

Thanks for taking one for the team and reporting back. Thanks

I can’t believe the actual Président de la République is lowering himself by pandering to this pathetic nonsense. What are his advisors thinking? Macron should stay way, way above it and ignore it.

I suspect it costs him votes, because it makes people do the thought experiement "How would I feel about the Macrons' relationship if the older person had been male?"
Every time a voter thinks, "If Brigitte is a man then he's a creepy predator ... hang on, why does it make a difference whether she's male or female to how dodgy their relationship is ... not sure I want that for my head of state."
So they're willing to lower themselves to sue the slanderers.
My first guess for why their are gaps in Brigitte Macron's biography and well guarded secrets would be gaol time served in her 20s and early 30s for previous sexual relationships with teenaged children.
But maybe my reaction to her is too black and white. I cannot see her as anything other than a child abuser.

miraxxx · 20/09/2025 04:46

It was a sense of revulsion at the Macron relationship that led me to look into her first marriage years ago - what was the impact on the husband and children? The husband was devastated by the scandal and withdrew into a very quiet life but he existed for sure. The children seemed to put on a brave face - but they had little choice. The French public did not seem too scandalised.

yes!! I’ve listened to Candace's arguments (because I believe in listening to both sides). I can well believe something is being covered up. To say she is a man seems a big over reach. Far more likely it is the reasons you gave.

I still cannot understand how this man has come to be president and this relationship accepted. The French are usually very demonstrable in their protests, it’s too high profile to be hidden or swept under the carpet. But nothing is said…. Literally nothing. Not even by his political rivals… I do think that’s weird.

Lol, if they were fighting for the “cause of truth” they would fight for ending the practice of allowing men to lie about their sex by changing their identity documents. They are in a position to do this. This would benefit all women including BM. But they don’t actually care about the truth, they only care about themselves.

Signalbox · 20/09/2025 08:47

Ffs when/if BM wins her case, the lie/laws that have arguably allowed for such rumours to take hold will still be firmly in place. The idea that they are fighting for “the truth” is for the birds.

yes to all of this. I've been probably naively astonished by the posters on this thread, who confidently assert verifiable bollocks and seem utterly unable to examine what they are saying in any kind of rational light.

MN is the only social media I do, and even then only selected parts. It feels like I've missed something huge that there are large swathes of people out there who have lost their grip to such an extent that they ardently believe this pointless nonsense.

I mean I don’t believe the rumours but the idea that the Macrons are some sort of truth seekers is utterly bizarre.

Edited

She is a person, nothing wrong with her fighting for the truth about herself. Just think of how it must feel when people lie about you, say you aren't the mother of your children, that you don't actually exist and a new low that she spent years in jail for child sex offences. Are you saying you wouldn't get to the point where you'd say enough and take a stand?

If, as she insists, this is all lies then I don't blame her fighting, this doesn't just affect her it must affect her husband and children. If she proves her case I hope the courts punish the liars to the maximum and I think some on here need to think about what they are saying.

I don't know very much either about French politics. But from what I've read they have similar laws in France to ours. French feminists have faced similar struggles as we have here with opponents calling them far-right or conspiracy theorists. Macron was pro self-ID back in 2022 but he's backed off from that now perhaps after seeing what happened in Scotland. Macron is as much of a truth seeker as Keir-some-women-have-penises-Starmer. They are happy to throw women under the bus for an easy life but then complain when they are finally affected by this nonsense.

I haven't said there is anything wrong with her fighting for the truth about herself. I have just said this doesn't make the Macrons some sort of heroic truth seekers. They aren't. They are just looking out for themselves.

If I had the money (I don't) I might well take a stand against someone who was saying this about me. I have zero issue with BM suing for libel either. If CO is lying about her she has every right to take legal action against her. But this will involve her having to provide evidence in court. It's how the process works.

The French are generally far less judgmental about love affairs and private relationships. These things occur. People know that.

Well she's said she will provide proof although I seem to remember at least one post on here saying DNA evidence can be false so I suspect it will still be protected.

Don't we all put ourselves and our loved ones first? How many of us are heroic when it comes to the crunch? No reason why BM should be judged for that

I’m not judging her. I’m just pointing out that the idea of the Macrons 'fighting for the cause of truth' is a bit silly. We live in a post-truth world and trans ideology plays a significant role in the erosion of the idea of objective truth. The Macrons are powerful people — they could fight for truth if they wanted to. Emmanuel Macron is a leader. There is an expectation that our leaders are more courageous than the average person.

BM isn't elected to anything. I support her right to fight for whatever she wants, she has as much right as anyone else.

To me You do come across as judging them as you make it clear you think they aren't fighting the fight you think they should.

Fair enough you can think what you like.

But my position remains I have no problem at all with BM suing CO if she is happy to provide evidence that is entirely her right. No judgement from me.

I also have zero expectation that our leaders (including IM) will fight the fight (for women) that I think they should and I do judge them for that.

Also the wives or husbands of our leaders are not elected but to imagine they have no influence is naive.

Having or not having influence has nothing to do with them having the same rights as the rest of us.
