Wasn't it Chanel No. 5 that Marilyn Monroe famously wore in bed? The mental image of her bearing an olfactory resemblance to a skunk (or Dr Who) is somewhat startling.

I don't think I've ever ( knowingly) smelt Chanel no 5.

Ah good. I’m glad banned is a nice fragrant skunk, and didn't get mixed up in the vortex with a creature mentioned on radio4 today, the stink badger.

i had to edit that. I swear I typed skunk correctly but it came out as skink which is some sort of lizard I think.
