Hedgehugs and champagne 🍾 🥂 all round. I never released venturing into the Bluestocking would makes me a married hog.

Goats, straggler gerbils, Bear and an unhappy looking cat have arrived. I think it's because she knows Colin is inside and has already marked his territory!

Oh, I don’t think Sparticat looks unhappy, she’s just taking her new role as Bear’s steed very seriously, as she should.

The goats aren’t meant to be inside! Get them out into their nice new paddock before they eat goodness knows what.

Well the tribble haggis hybrid is currently cornered in the billiards room so maybe we could stick a couple in there for a while

Can I have a show of hands for whether we should have a 'We Do Not Care' room in this version? Or is the whole place awash with peri/post/menopausal energy already?

We may have done, but we went straight on our honeymoon!

I thought the whole pub was a we do not care room! But there's no reason we can't have a dedicated room, Clara is feeling a bit undervalued having had to resort to modelling jobs as there's been a lack of construction jobs for her lately.

Maybe the presents are still around somewhere. I wonder what people got us?

Well I was just going to repurpose a room but I don't want to upset Clara, so let her go for it.

I assume it'll need lots of heaters & fans & fully-opening windows. Anything else? A supply of cardigans & scarves, maybe. A highlighter cupboard? A spectacles retrieval system?

Thinking about it, maybe just attach a large circular plaque to the front of the Bluey, with 'We Do Not Care' on it, because no annoyances are allowed inside anyway.

Maybe most hedgehogs read during the day and forage for food at night 🤔

Sometimes 4 in the morning is surprisingly busy

and at 5.30am things are still quite lively!

Just looked in on Myrtle, she's being well looked after and seems comfy at the moment

I know people who would be absolutely delighted with that arrangement. In fact, I'm seeing some of them this weekend.

Old Alvin, the submersible, had only one arm (the new one has two). I have no idea why the people who designed it thought a second one wouldn't be handy. We spent about 20 min trying to pull a bungee cord (which go quite stiff at 2000 m below sea level) over the lid of the sampling box so our samples wouldn't float out on the way up. There was swearing, quite a lot of it.
The more arms the better, in my opinion.
