Its purpose was not to ask people whether or not they liked, or approved of ,the ruling, it was to enquire as to what different parties felt they needed greater clarity and/or guidance on when it came to implementation.

And so the grift goes on. Except, what are they all donating for? The Good Laugh Project threatened to sue the EHRC and in turn have been met with the threat of being sued themselves. There is no reference to any further legal action.

It's just nebulous references to "the fight to defend trans rights" and "holding the commission to account".

A, the claim that they brought has nothing to do with it
B, the high crt can't overrule the SC
C, you cant sue just because you dont like the law you have to petition parliament to change the law
