On the contrary. As a Scottish voter I very much care that the person who headed up the country from 2014 to 2023 is a proven liar. In typical Sturgeon fashion though, she's been canny with her words and hasn't come right out and said "my marriage was a sham" so made some twee little statement about long relationships with men. I could argue that I have a "long relationship" with a male colleague, a friend's husband, the bloke in the post office who always asks after the kids.

I was rather hoping that she's come out as bisexual but she hasn't. Instead she has come out as not having had sex with a French female politician but it would be just fine if she had.

Does she actually deny the Balmoral incident? The article on the BBC website mentions her saying she had been accused of an affair with a french diplomat and buying a house from Judy Murray. But does she say "I didn't" or "none of that is/was true" or similar?

It’s 10 years since the leader of the Conservative Party in Scotland ( Ruth Davidson ) and the Labour Party in Scotland ( Kezia Dugdale ) were both openly lesbian.

No one gave a fuck about their private lives then and certainly no one cares about Nicola’s now.

All the Scottish voters ever cared about was how good or otherwise they were at running our country. And in Sturgeon’s case, it was very much otherwise.
