Sex Matters crowd funding to challenge on the Ladies Pond

Mmm, their present position is excluding males for not being trans. It's treating a male who identifies as a man less favourably than a male who doesn't.

I seem to remember (cos I was working there then) that the C of L inherited Hampstead Heath when the GLC was closed down, and gained a sizeable trust fund at the time to help run it. The language used in that trust deed, in the transfer documents, and in the original Act setting up Hampstead Heath as a public amenity will be key I reckon. They can’t just impose a meaning on ithat wasn’t intended originally in tbe governing documents.

(Ironically, a fairly early position from the Cof L was rhat the bathing areas should be closed because of the costs involved in maintaining and running them )

If you lose them all the ponds are mixed sex. Start using the men's pond every time then, it's twice as big as the Ladies.

We’ve come across this “journalist” before, she normally writes crap lifestyle fluff but is obviously vying for the Pick Me crown with similar female opinion writers.

I comment from time to time terfily on some of the Indy's witterings on FB, which are increasingly divorced from scientific fact, the truth, and much more. And always receive much more support than opposition. Only the blue-hairs are buying this, it's a losing formula for them.
