Nowadays he’s going on breakfast tv mocking JK Rowling, who only replied to his bloody tweet in self defence. George started the conversation with her.

She didn’t say anything in response that wasn’t factual or on point.

And Lorraine bloody Kelly in mock bewilderment, asking “why does it always end up about toilets”

You opened the Pandora's Box of Degrees, I wasn't going to jump in but now I can't resist...

Granted, a 360 degree turn leaves you in exactly the same position you started in (cf K Minogue 'I'm Spinning Around' 2000) so it's a 180 degree turn that heads you in the opposite direction.

But an appraisal would miss half of what was going on if it was only a 180 degree appraisal, unless it had eyes in the back of its head

All this could be solved by more widespread use of radians.

Remember most people think acute angles look nice.

It can be confusing though. If you go 180 degrees around a roundabout then you're are going straight on. If you go 360 degrees around a roundabout then you're going back where you came from.
