a few years back, George was asking people on Twitter to leave their pronouns at the door, sounding very GC and sensible, from the standpoint of a nonconformist male in the 80’s who liked to wear makeup and dresses whilst happy to be a man and aware he’s not a woman.

Nowadays he’s going on breakfast tv mocking JK Rowling, who only replied to his bloody tweet in self defence. George started the conversation with her.

She didn’t say anything in response that wasn’t factual or on point.

And Lorraine bloody Kelly in mock bewilderment, asking “why does it always end up about toilets”

That is six blokes who have come out and told JKR what a terrible person she is just in the last week.

None have made a coherent argument against points she made in her essay.

None of them have shown any signs that they have even bothered to read it.

So many questions.

What has BG done to himself? He looks like he'd come straight from the dentist's chair and his mouth was still numb. Why was he slurring and dribbling slightly?

Why does he not know that JKR is an author not a film director?

Why does Lorraine persist with the hand-wringing, faux-bewildered 'I just wish we could all talk nicely' and 'be fair' act while mocking and laughing at JKR and agreeing with BG - the man convicted of kidnap and assault - saying she's a horrible person. Why does no one at ITV have a word with her about self-awareness? Why is she given such a massive platform when she has negative amounts of journalistic integrity?

And a note to BG - men's toilets might be horrible stinky places, because men piss everywhere and don't clean up after themselves, but women's toilets tend to be a lot nicer. Which is one reason, amongst many more weighty ones, why we'd like men to stay the fuck out of them.
