I would like to start a movement whereby every time you hear (or read) the insidious and disingenuous phrase, "Trans women exist," the automatic response should be, "Woman exist."

Anyone like to join up?

I also move that "transwomen are women" should be universally met with "hot dogs are dogs"

It’s an anodyne statement. You can add your own qualifying statement , I guess.

It's a thought terminating cliche, designed to crush any ideas of dissent.

People who mutilate their bodies with unnecessary surgery exist, I don't think anybody is denying that.

My usual response to 'Transwomen exist' is 'so do flat-earthers' but it's a bit of an unfair dig at flat-earthers
I think it's not a bad response because it doesn't say that people who believe that men can become women, or that the Earth is flat, do not exist as people, of course they do; it's the reality of what they believe in that doesn't exist.

But essentially someone else's existential crisis is a 'them' problem and not a 'me' problem. Unless they intend to pay me by the hour at standard therapist rates.

I usually respond "yes, but so do female people. Two different groups, both exist, both have diiferent needs. We need to recognise both of them not just try to force trans women into things that were set up for female people whether they are a good fit or not"

People with trans identities indeed do exist.........but their 'existence' as a woman' ( if male) depends entirely on other people believing or affirming that.

There is no male in existence who is really a woman.

As soon as they start wittering on about existence I know they’ve run out of arguments so I cease to pay them any mind.
