Using "neutral" pronouns only in criminal cases also supports a false narrative that somehow "trans" criminals aren't genuinely trans and distinguishes them from the "real", harmless, victimised trans community. If trans means living in a different gender to the sex they are born in they can be criminals the same as anyone else. And should also have their pronouns respected according to the ideology unless there is evidence that they aren't really living as that gender.
