Yes, you're right. I hadn't seen the full video - crikey that's some unpleasant and aggressive behaviour rom Brooks. Shoving cameras directly in people's faces, repeatedly, at a talk on VAWG. That is not a vulnerable individual. That is an aggressive man.

Quite! That had also occurred to me - although the observers were filming someone to evidence wrong doing. It was also at a respectful distance. So its nature was different - but yes there were lots of problems with the filming across the board. Maybe that conference is considered by law as a public space? I’d like to get to the bottom of it - the articles and notes I’ve seen online mainly talk about doorbells or CCTV with sight of someone else’s property which isn’t really applicable. Can anyone here advise?

Don't see how it would be relevant. His behaviour at the event itself, at the time of the incident, may be; what he may or may not have done previously, somewhere else, isn't.

Forgot to mention the chin / jaw line is similar, as are eyebrows and brow ridge. I really do think it is the same person.
