Stephanie Hayden is a very unpleasant man, constantly using the legal system to try and silence the voices of anyone who notices reality. Anyone who can get down to lend some support to Graham on Monday would be doing something really kind. I can all too easily imagine the glee SH and his friends will take at Graham having to walk a perceived "walk of shame" on his own 😟😡

Wow the bloke has a history of abusing under age boys? And isnt a lawyer, I misunderstood that bit.

SH also has an infamous past regarding Mumsnet and court cases.

I would have thought by now he'd be considered a vexatious complainant. And no, he's not a lawyer.

Well in the meantime he's managed to bring his behaviour to people's attention again. Very woolly headed of him.

Yep, if you google him, his campaign of suing people goes back to 2018 at least.
He has certainly vexed a lot of people over the years🙄

It seems that the title 'lawyer' in the UK isn't a protected title, it is 'solicitor' or 'barrister' that are protected. So anybody even SH can identify as a lawyer..
There was an allegation that he had claimed to be a solicitor in print on some documents, but I have no idea if that was proved or disproved.
I didn't see anything further about it so I'm guessing he only calls himself a lawyer and not a solicitor, thereby staying on the right side of the law.

Good luck for monday - although shouldn't be about luck, but about the law doing its job properly.

As is so often the case, KF has many many receipts about this person's weaponising of the legal system, IIRC much of it funded by the taxpayer. Very unpleasant human.
