This is Stephanie Hayden, a man with a long and unpleasant criminal history, alerting his followers to my case on Monday. If you're in London and agree with anything I have to say, please join me around 2pm to outnumber whatever crazies turn up

Update. Graham had a lot of support and entered a not guilty plea - he has been bailed and this will go to trial on Sept 4. The charges are reported to be 'harassing Sophia Brooks on social media and damaging her mobile in October'.

Would anyone else like to complain about the shitty headline and factual inaccuracies within this article?

For anyone who is on Twitter, this is a really good summary of Stephanie Hayden's history.
(and also has a random VERY cute dog video!)

What can one say. That is outrageous. He ( this transwoman) is a State and GRC legitimised malevolent fraudster, and paedophile.

felicious · 12/05/2025 15:14

He's probably guilty tbh.

Right now he's innocent.

He's probably guilty tbh.

Pretty sure I've seen a video of him grabbing the 17 year olds phone and throwing it into a tree.

And I know he deleted many tweets, but I'm sure the evidence on both charges is out there.

Interested to know whether the not guilty plea was against legal advice.

BoreOfWhabylon · 12/05/2025 15:27

Thanks @TheAutumnCrow
I do hope the court will get to see all the videos of Sophia Brooks (aka Tarquin) harassing women.

TheAutumnCrow · 12/05/2025 15:45

Im presuming his defence will hang on freedom of expression / GC beliefs being WORIADS & protected; and provocation (having a phone shoved in his face repeatedly and the complainant ignoring reasonable requests to desist)?

I may be way off, though.

FuckityFux · 12/05/2025 15:52

Christinapple · 10/05/2025 23:28

Must be embarrassing for the gender critical cause when the GC leader is in court for criminal damage? Not a good look.

You again? Sigh. Isn’t it past your bedtime?

CarefulN0w · 12/05/2025 16:16

While I’m sorry that Graham is having to go through this, I am looking forward to some autumn sunlight.

I’m sure the videos of Sophia’s behaviour will illustrate his story perfectly.

lcakethereforeIam · 12/05/2025 16:29

Thanks to everyone who showed up to support him ❤️

The t-shirt made me chuckle 😃

Is there anywhere I can see these videos?

Here's one, you can see how marginalised and vulnerable poor Tarquin is feeling by the way he aggressively shoved his camera at women

That is some incredibly obnoxious behaviour and not the sort of thing one would do in a room full of people you were actually scared of. So much for 'terfs' being terrifying oppressors and genocidal terrorists.

Can you imagine someone doing that in a room full of skinheads? Or any type of extremist gathering? You'd get your head kicked in AT BEST! The worst that happened in that clip was a smaller woman touching the back of his shoulder to get attention while trying to defuse the situation. Obviously he shouts for security and accuses her of assault.

I'm sure the 'assualt' has been talked about often since to expose how violent we are.

Interesting - especially at an event which is supposed to be about peacful free speech.

There is a video on Youtube by The Laughing Auditor when he accidently stumbled on a trans protest in a Bloomsbury street a couple of years ago. He was then aggressively followed around and his path blocked by the trans protestors. At one point the policeman (trying to avoid inflaming the trans protestors who outnumbered the police) says on camera to TLA something along the lines that filming people without permission and walking up and down is an aggressive and inflammatory act.

The person on the X film above is illegally filming individuals without their permission on private property - has anyone taken action against them for harassment?

What a strange and annoying young man.

corlan · 11/05/2025 13:11

I was thinking of the young Lesbians I know. They're waking up to the misogyny inherent in the lie that.'Trans women are women'

Agree. I have a lesbian DD who is 20. She and her lesbian friends know exactly what a woman is and isn’t.

IwantToRetire · 12/05/2025 17:58

@Glinner Sorry to hear you have to wait yet more months to get your day in court. As is so oftern said the process is the punishment.

So until September hope you have a good summer.

Posting link to an article for those who wondered what the t-shirt was that go a mention upthread!

But, if filming is illegal on this private property, who is recording the video we are watching?

One of the stewards I think, as a record on events.

So recording is allowed?

The video we are watching is taken at some distance from its subject though. Except at the very end where he looms up in the face of whoever is filming.

TheAutumnCrow · 12/05/2025 19:41

Yes, from what I can see, there's only one person shoving his camera and his phone camera in people's faces and being repeatedly asked to stop doing it, stop harassing people, and to leave.

musicalfrog · 12/05/2025 20:14

Oh @Glinner how lovely that you can see all the support for you on here ❤️ I actually started listening to your book today, really enjoying it so far!

SinnerBoy · 12/05/2025 22:16

It's a shame it's been postponed for months. All the best, Glinner!
