Is a book nook one of those lighted model kits they sell in garden centres? I’ve been sorely tempted to buy one when DH isn’t looking… some of them are really clever. There’s one with a dinosaur model in it, that makes me think of HG Wells and Sherlock Holmes!

Surely no one sits on a hedgehog, that’d be worse than the teasels or holly they place on old chairs in stately homes. (And obviously worse for the hedgehog).
