TheGreenParty being absolutely destroyed on social media because she can't define what a woman is. Her embarrassing appearance on LBC exposes a serious problem. 🧵

This incident is one in a long line of upsetting performances on the sex & gender debate that damages both GPEW and the environmental cause that we all care about.

It's inexcusable and makes the party look foolish.

They see this and think: 'If The Green Party can't even be honest about what a woman is, why trust them with anything else?'

This nonsense is destroying the party's credibility.

At GWD, We've been fighting for years to get the party to see sense on sex & gender - but ideological extremists have captured the leadership and corrupted the governance process. They've silenced debate and reasonable voices through unjust and unlawful sanctions & expulsions.

This is where ‘no debate’ politics leads - complete inability to answer straightforward questions

Protecting women's rights has always been a fundamental tenet of Green Politics. The current leadership has abandoned this principle & consigned GPEW to the waste bin in the process

God I totally forget to live "as a woman" for 47 years. I was just thinking that my whole self i.e. the body that I am was female and therefore I was a woman. I didn't realise I had to live in a particular way! I had better check I've not become a man, or non binary or a my little pony!!!!
