In other parts of the world, when people are "attacked", it means that they are murdered, driven from their homes, stripped of property, imprisoned. In America in 2024, insisting that a male people use the facilities that they have been using until 5 minutes ago is an "attack". Male people's choice of loo is "limited". As are the youth sports teams they can play on. Boo fucking hoo. Join the club. We are all "limited" like that.

That's part of the problem, I suspect. That no-one cares. Not enough drama. Not an Instagram or TikTok-worthy event.

He knows he is not a woman. He was telling his parents at age 6, and is now in his late thirties.

My opinion on this person's sex, and this person's opinion, are equally irrelevant. Sex is binary and immutable, like it or not.

Being a woman doesn't need to hold any of us back. It's not a value judgement. It's just biological reality.

I've never referred to him as she, because he is not a woman.

It's wild how you are disregulating over this and attempting exert control over other people and their identities to soothe yourself.

You don't need to treat anyone with dignity or believe anyone if you don't want to, but your choice of words have no power over how someone else feels about themselves.

Then there's my brother who tried to rewrite my entire history and entire identity by exerting his control over me when he decided that his identity could be changed and that the right to self determination, only applied to him.

This is not how identity works. It is NOT individual. It is NOT neutral. It has ramifications and impact on others, particularly those closest to an individual in terms of THEIR identity.
