So this trend. I’m bridling at the ‘demure and mindful’ bullshit being promoted by someone who is performing femininity.

Demure and mindful women seldom make history. Here we go again, being sent back into our boxes by men.

There is no happens to be about it. The person is not a woman, a woman is female this person is male.

I will try to explain -
You mistakenly called the tiktoker a “woman”.
The tiktoker is actually a “transwoman”.
Therefore the tiktoker is a male identifying as a woman.
A transgender identifying male = a transwoman = a male (because to be a transwoman, one must be male AND identify as a woman - thus one cannot BE a woman).
So not a woman.

Which is the basic problem with the demure trend. Its not done with a female socialisation but a male one. Its telling women what to be or not be with no awareness of the prejudice that women live their lives with.

The definition of a transwoman is a male who decides they have a gender identity of a woman.
Anyone born male who identifies as the opposite sex is a transwoman.
A transwoman is a transwoman, not a woman - just as a woman (female) is not a transwoman.

I have seen it. I find it annoying. The bit where the person says ‘get it together ladies’ is the bit that pisses me off.

Women are fully aware of how they dress, how their make up will be judged, if they wear make up, how their hair looks, the texture of their hair, the style etc will be judged at work.

The only joke I can see is someone who is a biological male thinking they needs to tell ‘ladies’ to get it together. The joke being that they assume we have no clue.

They are a man who identities as a woman. Therefore is a trans woman. Who will always be biologically male.

A man with a GRC is legally a woman. I agree. Obviously they aren’t actually a woman or they wouldn’t need a GRC.

I’m sorry it offends you that we can see Ms Lebron is male. I’m just not sure why you find it offensive.

It is downright offensive to me that you are claiming Jools Lebron is a woman and that Jools Lebron is also claiming to be one.

Not factually or legally incorrect - it is a fact that no human can change sex and the requirement of a GRC for those very few people who have one proves that fact as they are granted a legal fiction. Said legal fiction has restrictions that apply again proof that the person has not changed sex.

There is no crime or otherwise of misgendering either and there won't be. Describing someone by the sex they are is perfectly reasonable.
