I don’t think Sall will win and I don’t think she expects to win. Personally I don’t think her legal team were good enough or did a good enough job. Someone legal I know was baffled she didn’t get a proper discrimination barrister on the team. So I expect a lot of crowing from TRAs today☹️

Judge just said that case law from the last 30 years has established that people can change their sex, and you are not allowed to discriminate on the basis of gender identity…

Failed on direct.

Fuck this shit. Indirect gender discrimination on the (seeming) grounds that “a person can change sex”. No they bloody well can’t!

If you discriminate against males with male identity this also discriminates against males with female gender identities, which is indirectly discriminatory against transgender people. Anything which is designed to exclude men is also, as a side effect, going to exclude men with female gender identities , and is unlawful discrimination.
