Remember though, that it was use of pronouns that were leveraged by McKinnon to convince the committees like the IOC to allow males to compete in female sports categories. Because nice people used their pronouns, and therefore these male people were considered female by everyone. And that this means it is cruel to exclude them from female sports.

However I think it's a very clear article - despite using 'she', they state exactly when each of the competitors competed as men, when they switched to women's competition, and how many places their rankings suddenly rose. They are spelling things out pretty clearly for readers.

Womens sports are not the place for failed male athletes

To do what Lynne Pinches did takes not only enormous courage but willingness to suck up a lot of consequences, including loss of sponsorship or hope of hanging onto the crumbs of career left over when the men have emptied out women's sports for their own personal jollies.

Erm, where does it say they have lowered testosterone? This isn’t a UCI-regulated race (in which they would not even be permitted to enter) and I can’t imagine there is any doping control so why even bother to suppress natural testosterone?

What is more interesting is that this was a Madison which consists of 2-rider teams working in partnership - it appears that the female partners of these men were completely onboard with this.
