Mr Beast's (Youtuber) best friend who somewhat recently (last few years or so I think, leaving his wife and children) came out as trans has now been found to have been messaging at least one minor inappropriately.

Joking about "hentai addiction", and other sexual "edgy jokes".

(They were "jokes" according to the victim, as the victim seems to feel that they are not a victim and Kris Tyson has done nothing wrong - Even though ofc we all know that victims who are minors will many times believe that they are not victims.
Am sure we've all been teens once who were flattered and smitten with an older guy and didn't' realise until we were older or had children of our own how wrong and creepy it was despite it being "like omg SO cool!" at the time...)

From what I've seen and read, the pattern of behaviour that is being described for Tyson seems to be:

• tell the boy or young man that he likes them, or he singles them out for compliments and attention.
• tells them a big secret about himself that he then begs them not to tell anyone else. They feel flattered that Tyson trusts them with important personal information.
• invites them to work for him, and/or meet up with him, and/or floats the idea he could get them involved in the Mr Beast videos or Mr Beast organisation
• becomes highly inappropriate verbally (or physically, according to one Twitter user claiming Tyson initiated a sexual relationship) with them

In addition to the Tyson issues, Mr Beast now has YouTubers investigating his business practices and claiming that he is actually breaking gambling laws by secretly running lotteries disguised as giveaways.

Personally, I don't think Mr Beast set out to be a kids YouTuber, he just fell into it and kept going with a formula that worked for him. I think this meant his business grew haphazardly and he obviously failed to take adequate safeguarding steps.

I don't understand how he can claim no knowledge of Tyson's behaviour and interests what with them having been good friends/roommates/business partners for years. And Tyson is on record as saying Mr Beast knew about the trans identity since 2020-ish so they obviously discussed personal things.

The Amazon Beast Games stuff is really bad from what has been said. Men being allowed to take women out of the game, injuries, the sanpro and medication situation, the lack of food and water etc. I found that far more shocking than Malaga airport anyway.

I really like the fact that Sydney has discussed the importance of child safeguarding in previous videos and also in this one. I haven’t seen any of the male YT content creators discussing this issue with regards to Mr Beast & Tyson at all, apart from saying ‘don’t be inappropriate around minors’. It’s good to get a female perspective on issues like this.

Over the years, Sydney has addressed more and more issues that are feminist in nature and she’s getting increasingly fed up with sexist attitudes and behaviours from men. I’ve found her evolution towards this stance very interesting and encouraging. She did an interview with the Triggernometry podcast a few months ago where she mentioned that she was getting a lot of flack for criticising sexism (Bridget Phetasy also did an interview with Triggernometry around the same time and said similar things about men on the Right treating her aggressively for calling out sexism).

Sydney takes women’s rights and child safeguarding seriously and I like to watch/read outside my political bubble because I think there are issues where women can work together across the aisles.

I don't know anything about her but she's bang on about child safeguarding and describes situations in online streaming content creation that sound more akin to Jimmy Savile in the 70s and 80s; everyone knows something's not right but no one is saying anything.

The video makes it clear that if the claims are true and that 'Delaware' is the person they have been identified as, that records of the crime in question state that the victim was 11 years old or younger.
