KJK Live streams being sacked from her GPs surgery - trans staff member

HootyMcBooby · 19/07/2024 17:15

Forward to 19.15 for the actual phone call.

KJK confrontation with trans staff member at her GPs surgery.

This ideology has no place in the NHS.
As someone whose Mother, aged 72, had a stroke and waited in an NHS corridor on a trolley for 16 hours only to be asked as the doctors FIRST question....... "how do you identify?", I feel the NHS is captured beyond hope,

I've had to leave my GP surgery due to an activist working there. #LWS #LetWomenSpeak #LWSLocals

Its the damn hypocrisy and double standards between her stated position and reality

Yes exactly

FrippEnos · 20/07/2024 19:59

Omlettes · 20/07/2024 19:18

She has admitted multiple times that her husband supports her. His business - he set it up- his company position.
Have you forgotten her Ultra position so easily or attacks on others not sufficiently so?
Such double standards when it suits, thats tribalism, no matter Tra or GC. And all those women who she has encouraged to be Ultra, did she tell them?

But you are saying that he is a TRA supporter. you do not know this.
Just that he is willing to take their money.

Omlettes · 20/07/2024 19:55

The links are there for you to both the DM article and his website. You are anally fixating on the term tra supportive when you know PRECISELY what I mean by that, particularly in reference to her ongoing Ultra stance.
You are now arguing in bad faith, to what end Im not sure, but you argue like a tra intentionally missing the point, so I wont bother responding to you again, because your 'point' such as it is, is entirely pointless.

Ooh. Don't like your lies being pointed out, do you?! Still waiting for specific TRA names.

I'm sure all of those transpeople going quietly about their lives will be chuffed to know that you've labelled them TRAs though.

My point is that TRAs specifically are a very different entity to transpeople in general and being supportive of the latter is certainly no guarantee of being supportive of the former.

You're the one posting lies and in bad faith. Not me.

Wumblewimble · 20/07/2024 20:00

Any way back to the fact that the doctors surgery is lying about the sex of at least one of their employees when patients rights should come first.

toomanytrees · 20/07/2024 20:02

I listened to KJK's account of the initial interaction with the receptionist. KJK's response was entirely understandable, if not particularly polite. The receptionist is too self centered to be in a front facing role. KJK was worried about her daughter and was in mama bear mode. Imagine being ill or dying or having a very sick child and the first thing you are confronted with is a receptionist making it all about them. So, on top of feeling ill or worried about your child, you now have to deal with the cognitive dissonance of having to deny the evidence of your own eyes. You will also worry that if you misgender, you might be "fired". You will worry about the competence of the medical staff. You might be concerned about someone snooping in your private health records. This demonstrates a callous disregard for the clinic's patients.

I would also imagine that medical staff, even in a clinic, are trained to deal with hostile or angry patients. What KJK said was pretty mild for a mama bear. I think the receptionist was being provocative.

Pourquoise · 20/07/2024 20:05

NoWordForFluffy · 20/07/2024 19:36

TRAs are Trans Rights Activists. His website says he supports the trans community. As I pointed out before, not all transpeople are TRAs and not all TRAs are trans.

Which specific, named, TRAs does his website support?

Or do you not understand that there's often a difference between transpeople and TRAs?

Kellie-Jay thinks anyone wearing a rainbow lanyard is a TRA, so a message of support on his website would certainly make him one in her eyes.

she had no need to use the persons pronouns - she was talking TO the person. she can’t have been that worried about her kid if she decided to storm out and create a scene.

AGoingConcern · 19/07/2024 23:03

You seem confused about the analogy. This hypothetical man is insisting only on his right to call women what he believes they are, not insisting anyone else do anything. That's his sincerely held belief just like you believe trans women are men, and he's angry anyone is trying to force him to pretend anything else. "Compelled speech!" he shouts. These bitches and their puppets are trying to force me to participate in their delusion that women aren't bitches by forcing me to call them something else.

The man can believe all women are bitches. He can refer to them aloud as she/her/a woman while privately thinking "bitch" to himself all day long. But it doesn't mean people can't insist that in public spaces he treat others with the basic respect of calling them what they wish to be called.

Edited

Not to be rude and I haven't RTFT as it's long at this point - But I honestly feel like you seem a bit confused with this analogy.

"Bitch" isn't an observable factual reality in the way that someone's sex, or race, or hair colour is.

_

A white person can claim that they are black and ask to be treated/referred to as such, it doesn't make it so.

A jet black haired person can claim that they have ginger hair and require their hair be treated as though it is ginger, it doesn't make it so.

A female can claim to be a male and require that they be treated as such, that doesn't make it so.

Let's make it not about people, someone can say that the sky is red and you must refer to it as such, that does not make it so.

Can you really not see the difference...?

I would imagine she was delighted to storm out and make a scene. Probably made her a few more quid from her fans.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 20/07/2024 20:12

Halfway through the thread now, are the ranters going to get it to the end?

Undoubtedly. Can I have 50 quid on "one of them starts a second thread"?

saraclara · 20/07/2024 20:12

KJK was worried about her daughter and was in mama bear mode.

As an excuse, that's laughable.

Nearly everyone going to the doctor's is stressed. That's why there are so many notices and asking patients to be polite.

I hate the 'mama bear' thing at the best of times, but as an excuse for the abuse she dealt out? Good grief.

AlisonDonut · 20/07/2024 20:13

Omlettes · 20/07/2024 19:58

Now that is the most disengenious response yet.
Its not that he supports her, and you know that very well!
Its the damn hypocrisy and double standards between her stated position and reality.
give your head a shake.

I have no idea if he does or not. I don't even know his name or what his company is called.

I was responding to your ourrage that her husband supports her.

I'm not going to lie, I've watched thread after thread after thread on here each one more outraged than the other about her behaviour. Each one raising the stakes of froth. I just find it highly amusing now.

She has the right to behave how she wants as long as she doesn't break the law. Just like you do. If you want to go tell her to be a good girl go phone her up and tell her.

I think she might have broken the law by broadcasting that phone call without consent.

so would they be ok with racist abuse if she was in mama bear mode?
ridiculous excuse

This, just sheer hypocrisy and double standards

Ineverlose · 20/07/2024 20:21

So is kjk going to do a livestream of her attacking her husband for his Church of Trans website? Her behaviour is wrecking everything

I'm a bit confused about what's going on here now. Are you now complaining that she's not 'Ultra' enough because her husband's company says it supports the alphabet people?

That sounds a bit purity spirally. Guilt by association. I thought you didn't agree with her ultra position, but now you're saying she's not ultra enough for you and you think you've been conned because you thought she was more pure.

And all those women who she has encouraged to be Ultra, did she tell them?

Do you think we're a bunch of sheep who do what she tells us to? I make up my own mind about everything. I think you'll find a lot of the other women posting here do that too.

'Encouraged to be Ultra'. Ridiculous.

Strange response, perhaps read the links first. If you read my responses I was not 'ranting' I was pointing out that KJK is not a nazi but an opportunist who has taken her followers, myself included for a ride whilst creating masses of division among GC circles, attacking many for not being 'Ultra' enough including JCJ Stella O Mallety and Julie Bindel..

This is total invention. Apologist nonsense.
I've read a lot of made-up bollocks in my time but this is quite high on a long list.

No, Im not.
Im not repeating it all again,
follow the threads, but in a nutshell Im calling out her double standards and hypocrisy in her Ultra position and her attacking other GCs on that basis eg SOM and the AGP who sidled into the conference.
For the record I do not think she is a nazi, rather she very much appears to be taking people for a ride, thats it.
