But why should your view trump that of other LGBT+ people?
As it happens, I'm not a huge fan of the progress flag myself - because I think a better route to inclusion is systemic inclusion not just symbolic inclusion. So for me, it should be the case that the rainbow flag already represented and represents trans people, queer people of colour, queer disabled people etc.
But others disagree with that view and I can see that point of view. I am not a person of colour, so don't think I have much place to tell queer people of colour that they should not advocate for the brown and black stripes. I'm not trans, and I don't think I have any role in telling trans people that they should not advocate for symbolic inclusion on the flag.
As an bi disabled person, of course you have every right to support or not the addition of symbolic inclusion of LGBT+ disabled people on the flag. But you should also recognise the alternative view point.
