I work in charity fundraising. Charities are bound by GDPR like most other organisations they can't just publish details of their donors any more than Amazon can publish information about their customers.

Charity annual accounts (which you can read on the Charity Commission website) will often give details of large gifts or grants but that can be because the funder wants recognition. It's not unusual for donors to remain anonymous especially if the donations are small.
