Just to repeat what has been said.
It is (almost) irrelevant what KB's views are, because he didn't bother to say why he wanted her to shut up and disappear.
The point is he didn't, which he could have, made a supportive speech about trans rights, and some politicians didn't seem to care (or whatever the latest were are most victimist of victims) he just insulted her. It indicates complete lack of respect.
All of you commenting that she said awful things about this that and the other are just not engaging with the fact.
A stupid overpaid white male performed (ie can he even think for himself) stood on a public platform, and just insulted her.
How can anyone of you think that because you dont like her opinions on any number of issues it is okay to insult her.
And as a role model for his children, whatever their identities, is appalling. This is the sort of boot boy drunken comment that makes for many women being in public spaces something they try to avoid.
He behaved like a spoilt schoolboy pointing his finger in the play ground, going nah, nah, nah your stupid.
If he cant articulate his political position he should just STFU.\
Women in public life do not deserve and should not be subjected to hostile and attempts to humiliate them.
That's the issue.
And that the organisers, and whoever broadcast it, didn't stop him, or at least ask him to apologise.
Edited - the (almost) is because everybody realises he isn't talking about selling arms to Israel which is / was part of her remit, or not getting equal pay for women in the film industry, it was obviously about her support for women's sex based rights. Which means of course he thinks all of us should shut up and just disappear.
