Surgery of the type this unfortunate young woman mentions should be banned. Surgery on the genitals for psychological reasons, not to fix a medical problem that is affecting health and fertility, is obviously a terrible idea. I've never understood how the US healthcare sector can possibly behave ethically when it's so profit-oriented. The NHS has many problems but in this one respect budget constraints may have been beneficial.

They use gender ideology to break down the normal barriers of these young woman and make them think they are protected through identity. There was even one who had had his penis amputated so raped young trans-identified females with his fist instead. Truly sick and evil people preying on vulnerable girls and women, most of whom already come from backgrounds of abuse and trauma.
