Oh my goodness raping someone recovering from major surgery. I can’t think of many things more evil than that. Hope the victim has good people in his life to help recover. Why isn’t the rapist in prison already… seems to have done this to a few trans men ?

Probably because the victims have been gaslit into believing the rapist is the vulnerable one. The victim has already deleted some of her posts because the rapist is being ripped apart (quite rightly) by libs of Tik Tok. As always trans-identified males come first despite trans-identified females supposedly having privilege over them. Never seen a single case where a trans man has sexually assaulted a trans woman but there are millions going the other way.

Just a note for readers. In the article, it clearly states that the female victim of the rape, Diamond, has met another female person who was abused or assaulted by this same man, Montoya.

She also claimed that she was not the only female who identifies as a “man” that Montoya has abused or assaulted.

This rapist is some who has been celebrated at the highest level in the USA.

Same thing happened with Lily Madigan, accused of sexual assault. The women who'd accused him then closed ranks and defended him rather than risk damaging the cause.

It’s utterly tragic but I do understand how it comes about. These identities are their whole life and their entire support network belongs to the queer/trans community. The thought of being cast out and left with no one when they need support the most is probably unbearable.

I also think it’s unhelpful that Libs of Tik Tok have posted a video of her criticising phalloplasty (in addition to the one about the rapes - this one focuses only on her). Obviously mutilation needs to be discussed but I don’t think it’s appropriate to use a vulnerable rape victim to do that. She has just done something very brave to help protect other transmen and they don’t seem to care about how they will affect her or her choice to speak out.

So five females have been raped without anyone raising an eyebrow. Yet we hear none stop at the existential threat supposedly posed to trans-identified males.

These are very brave to raise the alarm. 5! 5! Female trans people! That we know of.

And at least one of them is bravely speaking out within the community to draw attention to this lauded celebrity rapist. Each one will risk their community in doing so.

It is remarkable though, that this rapist knew exactly who is a female when the time to force sex comes about. I read parts of the messages to Diamond. The reasons why this man gave for raping Diamond are a head fuck. It was all about personal power, about forcing their need.

It is also yet another reminder of how like closed religious sub-groups this whole set up is - thinking of the vile Marko Rubnik, among others.

Yes the part about how Diamond was responsible because refusing sex made Montoya’s dysphoria worse was disgusting. Sorry but how can someone who is supposedly distressed about their genitals be perfectly happy to not only to use them for consensual sex but even to rape? He had form for wanting to impregnate trans-identified females despite how horrifying a concept that is to most of them. He admitted to the rape but made it all about him and how he had been victimised his whole life. Then he implied the victim was a stalker. The victim posted the real text messages where she had simply asked him to pay for her to get HIV PEP and a sexual health appointment, which he had refused as he didn’t ’have the coin’. This same man (Cherno Biko) was invited to speak at Washington Women’s March.

Nothing I have read or heard since has contradicted her account. Rather it has supported it. From Lavery thinking it was so wonderfully freeing to post photos of Lavery's female partner with Lavery's hand shoved as far into Daniel's mouth as it could go, to reports such as Diamond's. This is not a bug, it seems to be a feature.
