Without wishing to be a pedant, I would point out that this part of the article is inaccurate:
'Rape Crisis Scotland was embroiled in its own gender scandal ehen it hired a trans woman to be CEO of the Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre. Mridul Wadhwa left the role under a cloud after being found to have forced out a support worker because they believed that women deserved women-only services that didn't include biological men.'
Rape Crisis Scotland did not hire MW, as ERCC is an independent charity, responsible for its own hiring decisions. Hence it was ERCC who lost at tribunal to Roz Adams rather than Rape Crisis Scotland. Nevertheless, Rape Crisis Scotland is clearly problematic and as the umbrella body for Rape Crisis Centres in Scotland had a key role in supporting the evolving culture whereby the appointment of MW was seen as acceptable. And I agree, they have clearly learnt nothing.
