Not sure if he’s still on here, but @Glinner, thank you so much for being an ally in the true sense of the word. Thank you for everything you sacrificed in the name of truth, science, and female equality. I hope the Cass report gives you some vindication, as it has done so many of us. The tide has turned, the emperor is naked. Thank you for believing and supporting GC women from the start.

Obviously a massive thanks for all you’ve done in this current mad world.

But I also just wanted to say thank you for the number of ‘catch phrases’ I use in my daily life as a result of Father Ted and IT crowd.

My autistic 14 year old discovered the IT crowd. Then he said to me he was sad, because 'Graham Lineham is transphobic'. I asked him where he got that from and he said basically around. So we had a convo, and I directed him to your substack and twitter and everything else really.

He has come to the conclusion himself that you are clearly not. He is now very vocal about how people need to read what you actually write, what JKR writes. He has developed a strong sense of GC beliefs, with a healthy dollop of empathy for those who suffer from body dysmorphia. He watched the IT Crowd on repeat and I have also become a massive fan. He can talk very knowledgeably about the issues and I have overheard him talking about it with friends. Again- in a very empathetic way for people who are trans. But he knows about biology.

And.... he is thrilled... thrilled I tell you that his old, uncool, greying haired mum has been on many a MNet thread with Glinner. I get serious street cred for that.

I'm not really one for gushing over men.

But all of this, for him, has I've no doubt contributed to his marriage falling apart and so this would inevitably have had an impact on his kids' and his relationship with them.
I really hope @glinner that the Cass report's findings helps to heal any rifts.

No one supports the medical harm of children. They do, however, support the prevention of serious mental harm and suicide in young trans and non-binary people.

The SPS are being hammered for their ridiculous prisons policy, the rush to use unsafe, unevidenced medication on children is being stopped and sports organisations across the globe are moving to ensure that women's sports are fair and safe.

The walls of gender ideology are a- coming down, finally.

Thank you Glinner for your unstinting focus on this. You must be relieved but at the same time, feel bittersweet.

Performing surgery under threat of suicide of a patient is not a sound or ethical idea.

Certainly not! But that doesn’t mean all access to puberty blockers and pathways to transition should be blocked.

Nope. He exposed the deviant perverts hiding behind trans and self-id as a means of doing what they wanted.

Why cause irreversible physical changes and harm to children? Why not wait until they can fully understand being rendered infertile/unable to breastfeed/potentially inorgasmic? Why not wait until bone density has been laid down and the brain has benefitted for pubertal development?

Why not explore the reasons for gender dysphoria/distress with the aim of improving the mental health of the child?

Why not wait in case they are the statistically 9/10 for whom gender distress/discomfort naturally resolves?
