The Hate Crime...crime(?) comes into force on 1st April, according to the article. The SNP has not engaged with any of the organisations who have expressed concerns and no-one knows what, if any, training the Police have been given.

Damn. If they arrest her it will be the third time in my life I will go on a protest march. 1st to repeal Secrion 28, 2nd to not go to war with Iraq.

What reasonable rape victim would object to questions from a male bodied person/“therapist”/about whether she orgasmed after /during her rape? Who could possibly think such questions offensive, intrusive or down right stinking? And they wonder why we don’t want male bodied people in women’s rape therapy sessions. Reframe your trauma women, so that it is acceptable material for your male listener.
