Article here on a new trans-inclusive “lesbian” bar, with nice dig at the horrid old lesbians who may not want men in their spaces.

I guess this is an opinion / review piece but still quite surprising to see “Terf” being used in mainstream press. And I thought the Standard had undertaken to be balanced in its journalism.

What's quite absurd about this is the only other folk strenuously objecting to Alex's involvement have been the very staunch self-styled trans allies who insist as much as you all do that a rigid lexicon is more important than the connection to community & the understanding that conversations about female masculinity & gender have always been part of the lesbian experience.

Which again, you'd know if this wasn't another transparent attempt to leverage lesbians in your culture war shenanigans.
