How the metro can put out this tweet which effectively suggests a woman shouldn't be allowed to speak is beyond me. Shocked but not surprised. Comments are heartening though, as is the ratio.

GRA sex could only have been intended to be used in very limited situations when a GRC is shown.

If the government intended womens spaces and pronouns to include men with GRC (and exclude women with GRC) wouldnt they have had to promote it?

They can't just make up laws, not tell anyone and expect everyone to be compliant.

Imagine a law that affords you extra rights, that you can obtain by applying for a certificate, only nobody is allowed to ask if you have said certificate.

The mysterious and unknowable status of holding a GRC can't be questioned or proven. It isn't possible to ask for one to admit these extra rights.

The existence of the certificate is implied by the exercising of said rights.

So - if a man uses women's single sex spaces one has to assume he holds a GRC.

Men are excluded from women's spaces except if they decide to use them, the using of them proves they have the right to do so.

That about right?

It's like the polar opposite of witch dooking.

I suppose that is precisely the logic that was applied to Darren Merager in the Wi Spa.

Because he was in the women's and girl's single sex section of the spa with a hard-on, it proved he wasn't a pervert.

What does the Holocaust matter against IW's ego?

I'd bet my house that India doesn't have a GRC, unless they posted a pic.

A lot of, in old money, gay male transitioners, seem to be under the impressioni that transitioning physically will supply them with straight men partners.

India's antics on BB would suggest that India genuinely thought straight men were an option.

If that was the reason for transition, knowing it was all for nothing has to be something of a blow.

And knowing that women are the only ones who do attract the straight men presumably accounts for the off the scale hatred.

Wasn't India flashing their passport around last year showing it had an F on it or something? You can change your passport without a GRC.

And they didn't mention a GRC, nor did they show it.

I hardly think they would have bothered banging on about the F in the passport, and not even mentioning a GRC, if they had one.

And it's an easy thing to prove anyway. Although, I wouldn't put it past India to borrow someone else's and photoshop it.

Much easier than Schrödinger’s GRC - the one that you will never get yet have but must never be asked to show although it’s a document that confers specific rights that non-holders don’t have.
