Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

Yep. Roz won. From what I've seen of the judgement, the ERCC have been excoriated for their poor behaviour.

I'm so glad for Roz. When I followed the tribunal on here, it seemed like ERCC were on a hiding to nothing and had offered up the work experience kids to defend the case because, well we all know why that is.

Excellent news! The tide does seem to be turning finally - it seems there are becoming fewer places for these men and their handmaidens to hide.

The Times article has been updated to reflect that 2 trustees have resigned and to report "growing pressure" on Mr Idul Wadwha to resign too.

If Wadhwa had a scintilla of shame Wadhwa would be long gone.

MW is a shame-free-zone.

We all know that the only reason they took the job was to further the ideology.

I don't want to get a rollicking. Can i use the correct pronoun for Wadhwa?

MW should man up take it on the chin and quit.

Do we know which trustees have resigned?

Are they looking for new ones... I'm considering trying to motivate people to volunteer to bring some sanity back.
